Bangkok 2/3-05 from the International School Bangkok,Thailand for their School trip to Greece in 2005.
The trip was fantastic! The kids have been raving about it all over the school. We have already had other kids coming to ask us about going to Greece next year!
As for the teachers - we were very impressed with your agency. The services were excellent; the guides were knowledge and personable; the bus was pristine; and the costs were very reasonable. The hotels were fun and perfectly suited to our needs. I have to say that the one at the foot of the castle was my favorite – the kids talked about that for days! The food was very good also and we were happily surprised by the extras you were able to provide. Teenagers are notoriously ravenous creatures but you were able to meet their needs and then some!!! (They especially loved the snacks and deserts!)
We also appreciated the way you worked with us to meet our needs. Your flexibility enabled us to have a fantastically personalized trip that was still affordable. One of the teachers on the trip said that in her twenty years of doing school trips she had not ever had a trip run so smoothly. Another thing we appreciated was all the assistance you gave us in preparation for the trip. We knew what to expect and were able to prepare the kids. We were also able to add sites and activities that were a little off the beaten track! The night when you brought in dancers to teach the kids Greek dance was a highlight of the trip. Your agency kept in constant contact with us and emails were always answered within a day. That was especially important to us as we are in another country and often had to have immediate feedback. (And you were very patient – even when we were emailing you everyday!!!)
It takes a special agency to be able to handle the needs of 30 high school students and 3 stressed teachers – I am very glad we had you!!!
Please feel free to use any or all of this letter as our testimonial. You and Dimitri really did a wonderful job and we would recommend you without hesitation to any group coming to Greece. You made our jobs as teachers a lot less stressful and allowed us to relax with the kids and enjoy the country.
Thank you again. You guys were great! Hopefully, the Greece trip will become an annual tradition for ISB – and for you!

"Since 1982 I have been organizing trips to Greece for members of the Madison Society of the Archeological Institute of America. It was fortune that I found Dimitri Cocconi. I need only suggest an itinerary and he expertly takes care of the arrangements, adding little known sites rarely visited by tourists, giving us a first hand look at Greek life. He and his staff are of highest integrity and honesty and treat everyone with compassion and understanding. We are provided with the best guide in all Greece. Myrto is not only knowledgeable about all aspects of modern Greece, has had intense training in all areas of ancient Greece. She makes the trip rewarding and intellectually stimulating for both the curious traveler and the professional archeologists.
Cruising from island to island on one’s private yacht is something that most people dream about, but we are always able to spend several days in luxury cruising on one of the Viking Yachts. There are no crowds, no schedules to check, no luggage to tote around and no search for hotels once on shore. Not only does our hotel travel with us, but we are served lavish meals on board in an atmosphere of warmth and congeniality.
We will return to Greece again and again, not only because Dimitri’s office makes it affordable, but because it is an
experience that restores our zest of living. I will always return to Dimitri at Educational Tours & Cruises. I know with their help
I can offer a tour with pride and confidence that will give all of us beautiful and lasting memories"

I can promise that in dealing with Educational Tours & Cruises, you will not only receive first-class service, but also experience first hand the legendary hospitality of the Greeks."

"I am continually impressed of how many different details you and your colleagues are able to work out, apparently with no effort (since you made is so FAST!). You seem to have connections everywhere, and you know everything!- and I know I have made some pretty strange requests. You even manage to keep everything within the budget (or less). What I am most grateful for is your kind and patient flexibility. You have pleasantly helped me do things «my way». Your multiple offices and connections and communication links are supremely valuable. Thank you once again for assisting me in planning another trip to Greece and Italy!"

"Of all the trips I have made to Greece, this one was certainly the best. Not only were your arrangements excellent, but the young people were most interested and best behaved of all I have ever escorted. And of course, Mona Ralli, our guide, made the trip a joy. The license you helped me to arrange was most helpful, especially on the sites in Athens. I am already looking forward to bringing another group in May 1994. Thanks again for all you have done for us over those many years"
